Margaret burke, yoga therapist and teacher, offers compassionate and trauma-informed guidance to help you explore your nervous system and find empowering pathways for integration. Learn about your body's stress responses, how they feel in your body and how to return to a more settled state.
Take one, two or all 3 classes in the series to learn about the most common nervous system states associated with stress: Fight, Flight, and Shutdown.
Each class begins with a review of the stress cycle and then dives into an exploration of one of the main responses through somatic practices, movement, and pranayama (breath practice). Each class ends with a guided grounding meditation to return back to your settled state.

margaret (or mags!) is a tender human who has found incredible support in learning about their body and nervous system's responses. they are a yoga teacher and therapist and group facilitator, focused on connection to ourselves, one another, and our earth.
