A 5-month immersion with Zeyah Rogé
All movement enthusiasts are welcome to join to learn about anatomy and how it applies to yoga asana and other movement practices.
Immerse into the world of bones, joints, and muscles and gain a nuanced understanding of anatomy that will enrich your practice. Learn through a hands-on, experiential approach in an interactive group environment rich with creative discovery. Together we explore the similarities and differences between us and how this natural variations gives way to beautiful diverse expressions of movement potential. This program pairs conventional anatomical learning with a somatics perspective, where what is studied is felt and where there is space to reflect on the metaphors and deeper philosophical implications that our bodies hold.
