Continuing education immersion into beginner-friendly teaching methodology, experiential anatomy, and trauma science

Most Yoga Teacher Trainings barely scratch the surface of all yoga has to offer, including how to make yoga asana accessible and trauma-informed for beginners and people with limited mobility.
For the first time ever, we are opening up this portion of the training as an a la carte offering. Anyone with a prior yoga teaching certification can sign up to learn specific skills and tools to make their public and private classes more accessible, improve creative sequencing, and hone their teaching skills.
Learn from seasoned teachers, Zeyah Rogé and Tara Sonali Miller, who have both passion and skill in making yoga asana practices inviting and accessible for a range of practitioners.
Each student will receive personalized feedback from Zeyah and Tara throughout the training.

About Zeyah Rogé (she/they)

Zeyah embraces creative approaches to learning about bodies and movement. Her journey in anatomy began when she took her first professional massage training in 2000. Since then, she's continued to study anatomy in her premedical studies, as a clinical massage therapist, alignment-based yoga instructor, and finally as a somatic psychotherapist.
Zeyah started teaching experiential anatomy in 2009 and loves how learning about bodies and movement can be a pathway for more embodied empowerment. Zeyah has been a core and guest faculty member of various west-coast yoga teacher trainings since 2009, developing innovative ways to explore the world of anatomy and movement. She currently co-directs SOMA School of Yoga and Somatics and is the co-owner of the Bhakti Yoga Movement Center.
