Come back to the resource of your body, so that we can be in healing, authentic relationship with each other and participate in the collective action and care that is needed to build a more just and safe world for all beings.
In this practice you will:
- Move gently to wake up the joints and vitality of the body
- Practice pranayama, movement of vital energy through breath
- Be guided into yoga nidra
- A deep meditative state where the body is relaxed and supported
- Receive about 30 minutes of healing power through chanting of the Maha Mrityunjaya mantra for healing and protection
All proceeds go to House of Hope Vision School in Palestine. House of Hope nurtures the wellbeing of Palestinian children, cultivates peace, and shapes future with trauma informed education and vocational training for women. Learn more with their annual report and the video below.

About Tara
Tara (they/them and she/her) is Co-Director of the BYMC and the Soma School of Yoga and Somatics. Tara has completed multiple yoga teacher trainings and has most recently been deepening their practice and study through advanced trainings with Khushi Malhotra. They are excited to share these deep healing practices with you.
