Join us for the warmer months, outside at The Side Yard Farm - a beautiful NE Portland working farm. All are welcome to breathe deeply and move freely while surrounded by the vitality of this urban oasis.
Proceeds go toward our equity pricing program so that everyone who wants to practice can!

This low pressure, easy going hatha yoga class emphasizes being present in your body and with the surrounding nature. While we will be doing postural yoga, and we won't have props to assist in making the shapes more accessible, we hope that you will feel absolutely free to move (or not move) as you feel is best for you on any given day. With this attitude we hope the class is open to all levels.
Please Bring:
Yoga mat or throw blanket to practice on
Optionally, any props that would assist you in the practice (blanket, strap, blocks, etc).
Please bring your own water
