What to Expect:
In this course, you will explore touch with a partner to hone your skills and gain a deeper appreciation for touch as an essential form of nourishment. This course includes:
consent and communication
personal touch preferences
and several techniques to facilitate relaxation

The course is held online so that you can join from the comfort of your home and the timing of the series is designed to accommodate individuals and families with children.
Recordings will be available for one month after the course is completed.
This course does not explore erotic or sexual touch (although the skills and awareness you build here can be applied to those realms). Those who cannot respect the intention of this course will be removed from the course immediately without refund.

About Zeyah
Zeyah (she/her and they/them) is a professional massage therapist and yoga instructor with a masters in somatic psychology. Zeyah's early influences in healing arts was in formed by her massage therapist mother, physician father, and a host of community members who she organized alongside for equitable health care access. Since her early years, Zeyah has had a carer as a professional bodyworker and attachment and relationship therapist, focusing on healing trauma. The Vital Touch series comes out of 2 decades of working professionally within the healing arts field and wishing for more people to have access to these powerful tools.
