The Divine Mother Full Moon Mantra Sound Bath

As the days grow shorter and nature begins to slow down, November is a natural time to pause, reflect, and gently face the hidden parts of ourselves—to shed old layers before we step into the stillness of Winter.
The November Full Moon offers a perfect time to shine light onto our shadowed spaces with love and acceptance, let go of what no longer serves us, and reclaim the truth of who we are. Journey with the Divine Feminine in two powerful, yet loving forms: the first is Durga, who embodies both fierce courage and nurturing motherly love — reminding us that strength can be rooted in tenderness. The second, Dakshina Kali, is the gentle, compassionate Dark Mother who embraces our shadow, bringing unconditional acceptance.
We’ll begin with a meditation, followed by a guided 10–15 minute journaling practice to give voice to shadow parts of us, and where we need to shed some light and love. We will then create an immersive mantra-infused sound journey with handpan, crystal singing bowls, chimes, shamanic drum, and voice. Together, these practices will help melt tension, awaken clarity, and create space for deep emotional alchemy and self-renewal.
This gathering is an opportunity to:
Gently shine light on your shadow self with compassion.
Release emotional stagnation, patterns, and stories under the illuminating Full Moon
Reclaim your resilience, softness, and wholeness
Feel deeply held, nurtured, and restored
Come as you are — allow the vibration of mantra, sound, and reflection to hold, cleanse, and transform you as you journey from shadow into radiance.
