Join Rita this November for one or both, 30-minute by-donation yoga nidra classes.
This unique rest-based series will offer a short and sweet yoga nidra lasting about 25 minutes. Yoga nidra is a guided lying-down meditation that can be practiced in bed, a recliner, a yoga mat or even sitting in a parked car. Rita’s gentle voice will support your nervous system as it shifts to the parasympathetic state, where rest and healing happen. Beginners are warmly welcome.
Recordings will be available until December 4th.
By-donation in honor of Native American Heritage Month.
