Living Yoga: Ethics, Peace, and Power

Ignite Your Yoga with Ahimsa, Satya, and Beyond for a Just World

Yoga is more than poses—it’s a way of being, a practice of living with intention, truth, and compassion. Yet in today’s fast-paced world, how do we truly embody yoga’s ethical foundations in our daily lives?

Join me for a transformative workshop where we’ll move beyond theory into the lived experience of yoga ethics—beginning with Ahimsa (non-harm) and Satya (truthfulness) and expanding into deeper dimensions of practice. Through storytelling, meditation, breathwork, and mindful movement, we’ll explore how these ancient principles are alive within us and how they can guide us toward inner peace, empowered action, and authentic connection.

Expect:

✨ Embodied exploration—movement, breath, and meditation practices to integrate yoga ethics into your body and mind.

✨ Real-life applications—stories and reflective exercises to make these teachings relevant in relationships, work, and community.

✨ Deep connection—space to share, listen, and root into collective wisdom.

You’ll leave feeling inspired, calm, and empowered, with a toolkit of practical yoga and energy practices to bring peace, purpose, and power into your everyday life.
