Deepen awareness and understanding of the structure and function of the hips and pelvis, while cultivating greater strength, ease, and grace in your yoga asana practice. This workshop is for anyone that wants to get a little nerdy and exploratory as we lean into other modalities as well such as functional strength, somatic meditation, and rich anatomical imagery.
Open to movement enthusiasts who are beginners or continuing students of yoga. Yoga mats and props are available at the studio or you can bring your own.
