Feed Your Inner Artist (They're Hungry)

Updated: Jun 13

An afternoon of movement and play to awaken your creative expression

A Community Connections Event - Free for BYMC Members!

Join Linnea for an afternoon of low-stakes art, gentle movement and a playful approach to connecting with your innate creativity. Most of us, whether seasoned artists or self-identified "I can't make art"-ists, rarely spend the amount of time we'd like to with our creative side. Often, when we do find time, the proverbial blank canvas can stir up all sorts of daunting pressures that sometimes prevents us from making anything at all. This workshop will dispel the "what if it's not good" pressures while we settle into our bodies, make a big mess with a slew of art supplies and practice presence with one another and our creative selves.

Please bring:

  • Comfortable clothing that you can move in and maybe get a little bit of art supplies on.
