In this workshop, we will explore the structure and movement of the shoulders through somatic (body-based) meditation, yoga asana, functional strength, and guided imagery. This workshop is best suited for anyone who would like to move slowly, dive deep, and learn practical skills that are easy to apply to everyday movements and life. Break free from learned ideas of "good" posture and find resiliency and support from the inside out! Feel free to bring a notebook for reflections.

About Monicka Koneski:
Monicka draws from 20+ years as a student of movement - dance, yoga, and athletics - along with the human form - functional anatomy, massage, and craniosacral therapy. Monicka has a kind and inviting way of sharing information that is both grounded and easily digestible.
