BIPOC Mindfulness PDX



Foster meaningful connections and cultivate your mindfulness practice with others in the BIPOC community. Whether you’re new to meditation or have practiced for years, you are welcome here! We'll have light movement, guided meditation, and community connection. For Black, Indigenous, and People of Color only. Please feel free to bring your BIPOC friends. We just need them to register for the event, ideally in advance. But we will also have registration options at the door.


This event is in place of the weekly BIPOC Yoga Asana this week

Fragrance Notice:

Our studio is a fragrance-free zone. Please avoid wearing or using scented products at the studio. Natural and synthetic scents such as essential oils and scented personal care products, laundry detergents, and perfumes cause debilitating symptoms for some of our community members. Thank you for being a part of creating a more accessible space.


COVID Safety

There are no requirements for this series. Masking is optional and we ask that you stay home and join via livestream if you are experiencing symptoms of illness.
