Backyard Qigong Series

Ma Wang Dui Birds Qigong Form

Join lara pacheco for an outdoor series to learn the Ma Wang Dui Birds Qigong as taught and certified by Dr. Liu Dong of the Ling Gui International Healing Qigong School.

Over five weeks we will learn this beautiful, elegant and ancient form. Seasonal tea will be provided to connect with summer more fully.

Once participants register, you will be encouraged to purchase an accompanying booklet or e-booklet through the Ling Gui International Healing Qigong School and will receive more information as to the location of our meetup.  After our five week series, participants will have learned this form to practice on their own.

Please bring:

* Booklet (if purchased)

* Paper and something to write with if you like taking notes

* Comfortable clothing for movement

* Blanket or chair to sit on for yard

lara pacheco is a Bori Taíno, Latinx, NGC and queer mamita that holds privilege with their light skin and hetero-presenting marriage. lara is a bridge builder mystic, a sanadore, a liberation acupuncturist, a qi gong practitioner that believes part of our collective liberation is accessed through decolonizing ourselves, and weaving into the web of ancestral medicine. lara directly works through this realm with plants, fungi, puppets, music and dance.

If you cancel more than a week before the event, we will happily give you a 100% refund. If you cancel 1 week or less from the date of the workshop, we will give you a refund if we are able to fill your spot.

Our studio is a fragrance-free zone. Please avoid wearing or using scented products at the studio. Natural and synthetic scents such as essential oils and scented personal care products, laundry detergents, and perfumes cause debilitating symptoms for some of our community members.
