Yoga Nidra for Healing and Creativity

Join Tara for a four week series to immerse yourself in the ancient guided relaxation practices that facilitate a state of yoga nidra - the space of dreamless sleep. These practices are designed for healing of body mind and spirit - they can be especially supportive for anyone experiencing stress, insomnia and/or chronic pain. The space of yoga nidra is also a rich container to facilitate creativity. In each class, we'll begin with a short check-in, practice 15-20 minutes of gentle movement and pranayama, and close with a 30-45 minute relaxation practice and optional journaling.

Play back recordings will be available until the next nidra series to support your continued practice.

Covid Safety for In-person Students

Please email your proof of covid vaccination to connect@thebymc.com. If you aren't vaccinated you can show a negative test from that day to participate in person. All participants will wear a mask upon arrival to the studio. We will conduct an anonymous poll at the start of class to see if anybody needs everyone to stay masked to be safe. If that need isn't present then individuals can choose to practice with or without masks. This is the best way for us to care for our most vulnerable.
