Facilitated by 3 skillful practitioners

Lydia (she/her) is an acupuncturist and holistic medicine practitioner who believes truly in the connection that the mind and the body share. Using modalities such as Shiatsu, Tuina, and Craniosacral Therapy within her acupuncture practice, Lydia is able to have a personalized approach to meet each person where they are within that moment.

Whitney (she/her) passionately believes in the power of presence and healing touch. She has taught Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Kids and Family, and Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga. Her intuitive and integrative approach to massage is influenced by her studies in Swedish relaxation, Deep Tissue, Thai Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Tui Na, and Shiatsu.

Sahar (she/they) has been practicing yoga for over 14 years and has been a teacher since 2017. They have continued their education since, completing Living Yoga's trauma-informed teaching program, 100-hour Yin training, and delved deeper into Restorative yoga, Nidra, and meditation. They teach at the Bhakti Yoga Movement Center and several other spaces.
