As I continue to age and my kids have started to live their lives outside of our home, I have reflected on the years when they were young babes. The early days of postpartum were anything but easy. I struggled a lot and recovery took decades. But it doesn't have to be that way. Yoga & Ayurveda are tremendously useful and supportive during the postpartum time. I have spent years training and practicing to support this highly transformational experience and passage:

  • Master's Degree in Ayurveda. Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner

  • Certification in Yoga

  • Certification in Postpartum Care through DONA International (Doulas of North America)

  • Certification from The Sacred Window Studies' Conscious Postpartum Care program

  • Credentials and certification in Pelvic Steam and Postpartum steaming through the Peristeam Hydrotherapy Institute
