Movement & Meditation: 4-Week Series

Are you looking to build a movement and meditation routine that feels manageable and fits within the many tasks of daily life?

Join Britt for a 4-week series to jump start your practice.

Each week, we'll meet for 30 minutes to practice uncomplicated, wake-up movement followed by 10-15 minutes of seated mindfulness meditation. At the end of the series, you will have built a routine that you can return to again, and again, and again.

Recordings will be available for registered students for 3 months after the series ends.
