Interactions with the Breath - August 2022

You know that satisfying feeling of taking an unencumbered breath? Breathing well is vital for life and influences our digestion, mental state and pain levels.

In this series, we'll aim at cultivating tools to allow for more easeful breaths. Each week use Franklin Method imagery with a different area of the body and how it interacts with your breathing as a means of creating a more efficient and enjoyable breath.

Learn more about the diaphragm, rib movement, lungs/heart and muscular/fascial relationships as they relate to the breath and create a toolbox of imagery to pull from throughout the 20,000 times a day you breathe!

Recordings will be available to participants until one week after the series ends. Space is limited.
