Sahar Muranovic offers a deeply restorative practice to raise funds to support water access at the Warm Springs Reservation. Enjoy a nourishing Friday evening with restorative yoga and yoga Nidra. The class will start with restorative yoga that supports gentle unwinding, followed by yoga Nidra that guides you into the deepest of rests.

About Sahar Muranovic

From Iran but primarily growing up in Austria, I moved to the United States in 2011 to earn my master’s degree in International Human Rights. I completed yoga teacher training in Vancouver, WA in 2017 and have since continued my education, completing Living Yoga's trauma-informed teaching program, 100-hour Yin training, and delved deeper into restorative yoga, Nidra, and meditation.

Yoga has had a powerful effect on my life and I hope to bring that to my students, focusing on breathwork and intentional movement for mental health and our collective betterment.
