This series will help students create a sustainable at-home strength routine that will compliment their yoga practice and daily life.
Each week we will focus on one of the following “pillars” of strength: * Squat * Hinge * Push * Pull * Posterior chain * Core Each session we will teach several variations and adaptations so that students can create a routine that works best for their bodies. We will offer clear instruction around technique and adaptations. We will also send a weekly recap email detailing what we did in class. In short, this series is designed to help students create their own comprehensive functional strength routine that they can do at home with minimal equipment.

Dates and Times: Fridays, 5:30-6:45pm, weekly, from 1/7, 1/14, 1/21, 1/28, 2/4, 2/11 Cost: $100.
