This series will support you to create a sustainable and personalized strength routine that can be done at home with minimal equipment.
We'll explore the 6 pillars of strength: squat, hinge, push, pull, posterior chain, and core, and how they compliment your yoga practice and support your daily life.
During each class we will go over several variations and adaptations so that you can create a routine that works best for you.
Britt will provide weekly re-cap emails and play-back recordings for 3 months after the series ends. Open to all!
