In this workshop, we will explore the structure and movement of the sumptuous spine through somatic (body-based) meditation, yoga asana, functional strength, and guided imagery. This workshop is best suited for anyone that would like to move slowly, dive-deep, and learn practical skills that are easy to apply to everyday movements and life. Break free from learned ideas of "good" posture and find resiliency and support from the inside-out!

Monicka (she/they) draws from 20+ years as a student of movement - dance, yoga and athletics - along with the human form - functional anatomy, massage and craniosacral therapy. Monicka has a kind and inviting way of sharing information that is both grounded and easily digestible. Join Monicka for their first in-person offering Monicka in over a year!
