Exploring the Feet

Updated: Jan 13

with Ali Wesley

The feet have a lot to teach us about being strong yet flexible, stable yet elastic and sensitive yet resilient.

In this two-hour class, we'll use experiential anatomy, movement and ball rolling to explore the dynamic functions of the feet in functional exercises and common yoga poses. Prepare to leave feeling grounded and springy - with a new appreciation for all that the feet do for us as they carry us through our lives.
