Join Britt for a nourishing class to welcome the new year, with 45 minutes of gentle movement & 30 minutes of supported rest postures. A recording of the class will be available for playback for a month to support your ongoing practice into the new year.

*Livestream participants please have blocks, blanket, strap, and bolster (or household alternatives). Props will be provided for in-person students at the studio.
Covid Safety for In-person Students
Please email your proof of covid vaccination to email@example.com. Wear a mask when you arrive to the studio. We will conduct an anonymous poll at the start of class to see if anybody needs everyone to stay masked to be safe. If that need isn't present then individuals can choose to practice with or without masks. This is the best way for us to care for our most vulnerable.

Britt (she/her) offers a grounded and spacious approach for students to explore. She encourages students to develop their interoceptive and proprioceptive skills through movement and infuses her yoga asana classes with functional movement and strength training. She enjoys providing a meditative space for students to go deep within.
