Join us for our Autumn Community Connection event: open to all and free to BYMC members!
Join us for nourishing practices that welcome the change of seasons, grounds the nervous system and builds capacity to go within. During this workshop, explore self massage techniques and bring focus to muscles and emotional gateways that tend to ache and shift as the cold, wet, of the PNW makes its entrance. Enjoy slow somatic movements with breath practices and build your nervous system awareness. Close the practice with reflection and an opportunity to write your body a love letter.
For self-massage, please bring your favorite body oil or body butter, such as shea butter, almond oil, or apricot oil. Please only bring unscented products. There will be homemade body butter for purchase at the event if you prefer to use Catherine's products.
Wear comfortable clothing you can roll up to access different parts of your body. Bring a bath towel to lay over your yoga mat and props so you don't get oil on them.
Please bring:
Your favorite body oil or body butter (unscented)
Wear comfortable clothing that can roll up
Bath towel to lay over your yoga mat
