Intro to yoga for queer and trans folks
This 4-week series is designed to introduce Queer & Trans folks to the basics of studio yoga practice. We cover foundational asana postures + sequences, pranayama (breath practices that move your energy), and mindfulness and meditation practices. You'll leave the series with the knowledge and confidence to develop your own at-home practice or find a studio that supports your yoga goals.

About Margaret Burke
Margaret (she/they) is a yoga therapist, yoga teacher, artist, and educator. after discovering the impact of yoga on their own mental and physical well-being, Margaret became committed to sharing the tools and wisdom of this practice. this workshop is an offering for queer and trans folks to begin their own yoga journey at home, in studio, or anywhere!
There are no requirements for this series. Masking is optional and we ask that you stay home if you are experiencing symptoms of illness.
