We invite you to celebrate all aspects of your humanism with the support of connection and community. Join Havanna for an evening of movement, meditation and ritual to align with the astrological shift of the Winter Solstice.
Please bring a yoga mat, journal, solstice intentions, and an offering for the altar (optional). Havanna will be guiding you through a level 1/2 asana practice, so be prepared for movement.

About Havanna Stegner (she/her)
"I feel that my fated role on this planet is to act as a catalyst for the transformation of SELF. Self being you, me, and the greater collective consciousness. My specific approach within my larger dharma is providing tools to enter into sacred relationship with Mama Earth and with our bodies. I am a certified Ayurvedic Health + Wellness Educator, and certified Yoga Teacher. Additionally, I am attuned in second degree Usui/Tibetan Reiki and co-facilitate intentional gatherings + rituals. Most importantly, I am a lifelong learner, profoundly devoted to self-improvement and self-expansion. My classes are bountiful with unique methods of healing, such as pranayama (breath techniques to move life energy), meditation, and exploration of unique personal anatomy and sacred geometry."
