A Replenishing Day Retreat in Silverton, OR, at the Confluence Art Center
We wear so many hats as we raise our kids, especially during these last few years. Let’s spend a day together replenishing through yoga and restorative practices.
Start the day with a morning practice, followed by a yummy locally-sourced vegetarian catered meal. After lunch, explore the property, take a nap in the lawn, have great conversation, read a book, watch the clouds and day dream, or whatever else you want!
End the day with a restorative soothing practice that offer tools to support moving back into our very full lives with a little more ease.
