Exploring the Hips and Pelvic Floor

Updated: Jan 15

with Ali Wesley

Often thought of as the root - the hips and pelvic floor are so central that they have an influence over the flexibility, tension and movement throughout the rest of the body.

In this 4.5 hour-long class, we will get an in-depth and experiential understanding of the functional anatomy of the hips and pelvis and we will embody fascial relationships of the layers of the pelvic floor. Learn how to apply that anatomical awareness to daily life, common yoga poses and your breathing.
