In this workshop we will explore the anatomical process of breathing. Monicka will guide you through a mini anatomy lesson, in addition to ample time for experiential self-study through the vehicles of guided movement, somatic meditation, self-massage, and yoga asana. We will also touch on a few pranayama practices to cap it all off. Discover a more embodied sense of breathing, and leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a notebook and pen if you like.

Monicka (she/they) draws from 20+ years as a student of movement - dance, yoga, and athletics - along with the human form - functional anatomy, massage, and craniosacral therapy. Monicka has a kind and inviting way of sharing information that is both grounded and easily digestible.
